Information Needed to Create a Warranty Claim
 
Before Creating a Warranty Claim, it is absolutely necessary that you gather the following information:
  • Your Rockwell Automation customer number
  • Model number of the item that has failed
  • Serial number of the Item. Click here to locate this information on the drive.
  • Date code or date of manufacture is also required if the item is a drive
  • Chiller model and serial number if applicable.
  • E-mail address of the person who will be returning the material so we can mail them a shipping label ( you must use the label we mail to you )
  • Name and phone number of the individual who can supply technical details regarding the nature of the failure (what happened, what error codes were observed on the drive readout etc.)
  • The address to which you want the replacement (remanufactured) drive shipped
  • The address of the location where the drive failure occurred
  • A detailed description of the failure ( what was observed in the field at the time of the failure )
