The exchange drive program is the preferred
warranty remedy for all drive failures. This program provides a remanufactured
replacement drive at no charge to the customer. The drive is shipped to the
customer via next day air (where available). The customer’s failed (suspect)
drive must be returned to the location specified on the return shipping label within
30 days of receipt of the re- placement unit. If the failed unit is not
returned, an invoice for the net price of a new unit will be generated and sent
to the customer. In addition, units returned after this invoice is generated,
are subject to a 30% restocking fee.
